1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Coal Dust Union website and the purchase of products through it. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Coal Dust Union reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the physical item.

Coal Dust Union sells apparel directly to customers via our website. All products are produced and shipped directly to you. Production times are typically 2–5 business days before dispatch. Sizing charts are provided on product pages and it is the customer's responsibility to select the correct size prior to ordering.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. Coal Dust Union reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe.

4. Orders and Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Production times may vary. Once an order has entered production it cannot be modified or cancelled.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

5. Shipping

Coal Dust Union ships to addresses in Canada and the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Coal Dust Union is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of ordering.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@coaldustunion.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including brand names, logos, graphics, designs, and text — is the property of Coal Dust Union and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coal Dust Union shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Privacy

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
